FAQ

Can I walk on the carpet right away?
Yes but should be limited.

What is the drying time?
1-6 hours it depends on the carpets yarn, density, base, humidity, etc.

What is the method of cleaning?
We use the finest carpet cleaning chemicals.  First a conditioner is used, then agitated, and rinsed with 150-180 degree water (cooler for wool carpets) so chemicals are removed, then the water is extracted leaving the carpet damp (not Wet).

SPOT REMOVAL for synthetics only
(call me for wool carpets)
How to remove a WET spot on a carpet.
DO NOT PANIC
1) Scrape with a dull scraper from the side to the center and pick up access.
2) Then blot spot with white cloth that is absorbent DO NOT RUB, this will spread the spot.
3) After removing as much as possible; then shampoo with a shampoo that you would use on your hair. Mix enough Shampoo to make suds. You want to clean the spot with suds; this will not over wet the carpet.
Keep your work in confined area, you don’t want a bigger spot then you started with.
DO NOT USE OTHER CLEANERS BECAUSE IT CAN RUIN THE COLORS.
4. Repeat # 2 and # 3 until the spot is gone.
Note you can use a shop vac to remove spots. CAUTION, ONLY USE A VAC THAT IS FOR PICKING UP WATER.
